Another run home today after work. I really needed it- I was cooped in the office too long, having my joints frozen by the arctic temperature of the centralized air conditioning.
I read many of my fellow runners' blogs with envy. Envy because of the races they run and the (generally) fast timing they post. Faster than me, at least. That said, I can't complain. I should be counting my blessing that I am running, period. And I'm working out almost every day to maintain some semblance of fitness. That in itself is reason to be thankful.
