Feeling great. Time taken to run home is getting lesser by the day as my fitness increases, despite the fact that I carry a back pack when I run home, which weighs approximately 3kgs. I am trying to lighten the load, but I can't seem to go any lighter. What else can I get rid off from my bag? I have my office clothes and shoes. All in all, I have approximately 45 minutes to work out a day. As the time taken to run home decreases, I would need to cover more mileage to maximise my 45 minutes.

Weekly mileage would be approximately 30km of running, plus 78km cycling. Long may that continue.
