Further to my blog yesterday, make it 3 days of daze.

 

I woke up yesterday morning with a hint of sore throat.  It worsened as the day went by.

 

I left work on the dot yesterday and proceeded to the oven known as KLCC park.  Still tired from my lack of sleep, and in the furnace of the park, I wilted with each successive lap.   Luckily I had Jamie and Newton pacing with me. 

 

I arrived home at 11pm.  Lights out by 1145 and woke up at 610am.  My sore throat feels worse this morning.   Looking forward to tonight when I can get some sleep.
