Positive endorphins
I went for a lunch time run at the gym to release some stress, and also hopefully get some positive endorphins flowing through me. It was a 30 minute run on the treadmill at 5:00 per km pace. Total- 6km. I felt better after that. I also got a free t-shirt from Gold's Gym- courtesy of the 40th Anniversary of establishment. Not here in KL, mind you. The Gold's Gym here started some 3 years ago if I'm not mistaken.
It's Thursday track, but looking out the window, I can see gloomy skies. If it rains later in evening, it can only mean one thing- horrendous traffic jams. Hopefully not.
