Bring on Friday 615pm!!!

Breakfast with Jamie this morning.  Nice Chapatti again.  I've been eating quite a few Chapattis in the last week.  Gotta eat cheap this month due to the impending sucker punch of a repair bill for my car.  Sigh. 

I've driven 3 different cars in 3 consecutive days.  1st day- AD Resort station wagon, tyre punctured on the 2nd day so I switched to Nissan Sentra (which is Jeanne's car) and today I drove one of my dad's VW Beetle.  Jamie remarked that the Beetle has an Austin Powers feel to it.  I couldn't agree more, because my dad painted the one half of the car white, and the other half, in a different shade of orange.  He's a bit of a VW Beetle connoiseur.  Only thing about this car- no air conditioning!  It was pretty hot when I drove to work.  My car will be at the workshop until next week- water pump broken, thermo valve ignition broken, etc.  You can imagine the damage.

Anyway I left work on the dot yesterday to head to track.  Traffic was really bad and I arrived some half an hour later.  Coach wasn't around and it was Vincent (who has been MIA for quite some time) who dished out the menu, which was 10 x 400m. 

My average time was 1:28, with the final repetition being 1:14. 

There was a small do at home.  My aunts and uncles were there.  Dinner consisted of duck, fish curry, yong tau foo.

Can't wait to the end of the day.   All I'm thinking about is crashing on my bed.
