Easing back into hard training

Phew! I'm up and running again. It's tiring, getting my body used to running hard again. My plan to begin the structured training by 1st Jan hit a slight snag- work and social-related matters. So, the plan is to start my usual twice a day, triple digits training in 2 Mondays time, maybe earlier, depending on the work situation. I've absolutely no target for the upcoming 30k; finishing it will provide me with enough satisfaction. I will be treating the 30k race as a long run, which is something I haven't done in ages, so it is a good time to do so. My plan is to run at approximately 6 minutes per k pace, completing the 30k in about 3 hours. Any takers?

The goal is still KLIM, and I will work towards that.

I ran with Ronnie, Kenny and Lai yesterday; Monday was with Kenny alone.

Plan today- an easy run with Kenny, who is feeling the effects of yesterday's hard run.
