Grumble grumble...Man U lost the 2nd consecutive time in the European Champions League. Not good. After initially winning 2 matches in a row to top their group table, they now lie in 2nd place and having to beat Benfica in a do-or-die match at Old Trafford. Not an easy task because Benfica are a very good side.
Had a pretty late night- was in Bangsar with my old friends and it was good to catch up with them. Went to bed at 2am, and woke up at 730am today. I didn't feel too groggy, surprisingly. Maybe the effects of lack of sleep will hit me later today.
Ran a total of 15k again yesterday, with a 5.5k tempo/lactate threshold run thrown in.
