Quick one

Ran a 10 lapper at KLCC Park with Ronnie yesterday. Total- approx 13k. Although I was rather tired, I managed to stay with Ronnie throughout. Then again, he was running his easy pace, and I was struggling.

Plan today- Lake Gardens.
