A quick one
Had a nice run with Ronnie and Lai yesterday at Lake Gardens. Total- 10km. Last 4.6ks were run at tempo pace.
Had a pretty late night again- met up with my childhood friend (we went to school together but he's now residing in Oz land) for drinks. Finished at 10.45pm, before heading back to apartment to meet another childhood friend (a doctor practising in the UK) for almost 2 hours before I hit the sack around 1:30am.
Plan today- hopefully, intervals. But I need to finish early today.
