Preparing to suffer...
Headed to Lake Gardens for my run.
Kenny Tan turned up as well. It was good to have him accompany me, and of course, good to see him after his umpteenth trip to Phuket. Some 25 minutes into the run, we saw YAB Datuk Yaziz! We ran together for a while before he completed his workout.
We also saw Julian, and chatted with him after our run.
Penguin Lawrence was there too.
I ran 1:27. Distance? Not really sure but it was probably around 15k.
