Justin had lunch with Jamie and Newton.
Then in the evening, at KLCC park, after running the first 2 laps alone, I ran another 8 laps with Ronnie. Time for the 10 lapper: 1:04 plus (can’t remember). The rest of the gang were there- Newton, Kenneth, Jamie (who PRed in his 10 lapper- congrats!), Lisa (who did the pacemaking duties for Jamie), Rohaizad. Anyone else left out?
