After an exhausting journey back to KL from Ipoh, and night’s worth of sleep, Justin went to Bukit Aman for a scheduled run at 10.00am (!!!) with Ronnie See. Upon arrival, Justin found Ronnie, Sim, Jason and Ryan chatting at the nearby stalls. The run only started at 11.00am. As you can imagine, the sun was out in full force by that time. It was decided that they would run the 2.3k loop around the Lake Garden.

1st loop time: 13:05
2nd loop time: roughly 12:49
3rd loop time: (Justin was dying by this time, wilting under the relentless heat of the sun) roughly 12:25
4th loop time: (At that point in time it was just a matter of hanging on) roughly 11:45.

So there you have it. The distance run was about 10k. The prize for completing the workout: drinking copious amounts of water!
