Monday and Tuesday

Monday

Running at KLCC park, Justin completed a 10 lapper. Nothing interesting to report.


Tuesday

As it turned out, the workout was less intense than expected. Because coach was accommodating those who just returned from the Kenyir Triathlon, he decided to make it easy for us. After the usual warm ups, the following workouts were performed at ¾ pace, which were about 1:42 per lap: 1 x 400m, 1 x 800m, 1 x 1200m, 1 x 2000m, 1 x 1200m, 1 x 800m, 1 x 400m. It was not quite at the intensity that Justin wanted.
