Unconvincing performance by England
Man, I am knackered. With only 3 hours of sleep (after watching the England vs Trinidad & Tobago match which ended at 2:00am), I had to wake up early to fetch the wife to KL Sentral station. She was due to catch a flight to Bangkok. After dropping her off at the station, I headed to the gym. Did about 35 minutes of cycling on the stationery bike, before proceeding to do a circuit workout- 2 sets each of leg presses, leg extensions (is that what it's called??), calf workouts, followed by military presses, bicep curls, back workouts. Finished my gym session by 8:00am. Now I am quite dead. More coffee needed for today.
Plus, I ran 18ks yesterday at the Lake Gardens. Managed to do it solo.
Well, TGIF indeed. Will run an easy one today if I'm feeling alright. At this point in time I only have one thing on my mind- putting my head on the pillow.

wah...salute you...early morning also can be so motivated to go to the gym. Which gym you go? Not running PJ Half?
