Updates

I trust most of us had a decent weekend. Well you had better enjoy it, because that was the last of the 3 days weekend type of holiday till, September if I'm not mistaken. That is a good 4 months away!

Friday morning I made it Bukit Aman for a run. The whole gang was there and it was good to see them again. Ronnie was supposed to be taking the whole gang through the new 15k route. The race is this Sunday. Kenny, Kenneth, Ronnie, CM, among others, turned up. We started our run only at about 8pm. As I wasn't quite up to my usual fitness level, I chose to run at a conservative, slow pace, with Kenny graciously keeping pace with me. Still we didn't quire understand Ronnie's directions, and we ended up running most of the double hill route, with a slight difference- at the electronic clock tower on the roundabout located Tunku Abd Rahman's old house, we made a left turn instead. Total- approx 10km

I ran again later in the evening, at Bukit Aman. Total- 10km.

It was a good Friday workout.

Saturday- ran another 10k

Sunday- was a tad busy- 5km.

Yesterday- 12km.

Will be heading to Singapore this weekend. Wifey will be there with her Uni mates, and I decided to tag along.
