Managed to leave the office at 630pm. Kenny Tan smsed to tell me he was running at KLCC at 715pm. Since Mrs Rabbit was away, I thought -"Why Not" and headed to KLCC. Traffic was surprisingly smooth apart from the crawl at Sungai Besi/Jalan Tun Razak. Arrived in good time and was at the park by 7:00pm. Met Ronnie, Dinesh, Fook and BoSe. It was good to be running at KLCC again. Didn't get to see Jamie though, who presumably ran a quick few laps before going back.

In total, we ran 10 laps at a fairly easy pace. Workout ended only around 830pm.

I'm probably running at Lake Gardens today.
