Have a good weekend

I have recovered a lot quicker than expected. I thought I would take at least one week to recover, but by Thursday I was quite ready to run. But work has really tied me down and the boss has also mentioned that I tend to leave early. Yikes. So that means I have to "tunjuk muka" at least until a bit later. Looks like my runs will suffer. Damn IT!

I think I will have to start my runs now at 7-730pm. If I can get in an hour's worth of run I will be happy. Waking up early in the morning is an option but I am so not a morning person. Just like my forefoot style of running, I have tried numerous times (for many, many years) to wake up in early the morning and play tennis, run, etc, and I'm just not up for it. I'm just not a morning person. I've been waking up at 6am (but nowadays after moving into the apartment I get to wake up at 8am) since my school days but that hasn't made me a morning person. We'll see how it goes. Maybe I will have to force myself to wake up and run if there's no other time I can fit in.

I will be running the Circuit Run. I will be taking it easy.
