Jessica Alba was positively stunning in Fantastic 4

Had my road tax and driver’s licence done yesterday at the JPJ office near Padang Jawa, Shah Alam. It was a surprisingly quick affair, lasting no longer than 20 minutes. Today, after lunch I'll be heading to my RHB branch to have my ATM card done.

Tomorrow I'll probably head to the the JPN to have my i.c. done.

Yesterday was Tuesday track.

Found out that Kimberly won the PD triathlon. Kudos to her. If you see her performance in training, then you will understand that her victory was very well deserved. She takes most of the male runners to the cleaners!

Anyway after a warm-up of 5 easy kms, it was down to business- a 4000 meter run at an "easy" pace. Up next- 8 x 400 meters, with a set time of 2:30. Nonetheless we were really exhausted.

It's the fellowship run today. Barring any last minute plans, I will be there by 5:30pm.
