Sunday

Kara Goucher is Asylum's "Today's Crush". Click this link for the article.

Ran a 14k with Boon Seng yesterday at East Coast park. It was more a case of survival than anything, as I struggled throughout whilst Boon Seng slowed the pace down for me. Thanks BoSe! Haha. We bumped into familiar face in the form of Jason Lim Fang Hau. Apparently he's been working in Singapore now since June 2008. Good to have you here! The more Malaysian runners here, the better!

I have yet to run today. My parents are here and we went to church this morning before having our lunch. I took a nap and just woke up. I need all the sleep I can get- I'll be spending the rest of the free time either studying, running or when I'm back in KL, taking care of the kid.

It'll be a busy few days before returning to KL- most importantly, obtaining the past years examnation questions (with some answers, hopefully to gauge how the questions are to be answered) and also to speak with my course mates on how their studying is going, whether there is anything I should be looking out for, and attending the last few lectures.

My parents will be having dinner with my uncle and I won't be joining them, so the plan is to run tonight. I hope to log in at least 11k. If I feel good, I will try to push longer.
