Doubling Up, Triple digits
Great run yesterday at KLCC with Ronnie and Lai Fong Sang. I believe I'm getting back into decent shape and yesterday's workout reinforced my belief:-
lap 1- 6:11
lap 2- 6:09
lap 3- 6:10
lap 4- 6:03
lap 5- 6:01
lap 6- 6:01
lap 7- 5:49
lap 8- 5:57
Total- 48.16
We had planned to start off at 7:00 per lap pace, but well, I guess I got overexcited and ran 6:11 in the first lap. It felt very comfortable, and without looking at my stopwatch, I honestly thought I was running a 7:00 per lap pace. After the first lap, we decided to just maintain the pace as long as we could.
Lai Fong Sang kept up with us and although he faltered a little in the 7th lap, he finished strongly in the 8th lap to set himself a PR in the 8 lapper. Congrats, Lai.
More running today. Meeting Ron at Bukit Aman carpark this evening. Will be heading to Singapore from tomorrow, and coming back on Saturday evening. But the workouts will continue even in Singapore, as the countdown to Singapore Marathon continues.

Good for you and glad that you have gained your "SELF" welcome back the "OLD" Justin we used to know. Take care my friend, hope to pace wit you some day. As for me just not in the right frame of mind to run, very unmotivated.
