stiff neck...need massage

As is his wont, my prick of a boss gave me some last minute work to do which meant that I was quite certain I couldn't keep my appointment with KNN to run with him at Lake Gardens at 630pm. I left the office only at 630pm. With the time taken to drive there, park my car, change my clothes etc, I finally started at 7pm, whereupon I ran 11k.

Plans for today- I will try to squeeze in a run. There's a Gym Night barbecue thing at the club tonight to attend as well. I can't count on being able to start early though. Might decide to run during lunch time instead.
