Thursday evening

I was held back (against my will obviously) by the boss, who decided to have a meeting with me only at 615pm. I think he does this on purpose. Anyway, I only managed to leave the office at about 650pm, and with traffic being as bad as it was, and the fact that I had to queue up to enter the KLCC open-air car park meant that I only started my run at 735pm. The usual band of runners have completed their workouts, so it was left to me to run alone.

Another 12 lapper at KLCC yesterday evening, averaging about 7:00 per lap. Surprisingly it was slightly windy.

Once again, I hope to run at KLCC this evening. I hope that traffic is not too bad, and that I'm able to leave early today. Plan for the weekend- to pick up Mrs Rabbit who is touching down in KLIA at 6am tomorrow morning!
