Long time no post

It has been some time since my last post. Work, marital commitments, family commitments have pretty much taken most of my time. I've done little running, limited to 3 times a week of 30-45 minute runs on the treadmill. I've put on weight as a result. I still visit the PMs sites, and feel envious after reading them, because most of them have time to run, and enter races.

Recently the KLIM was held and I was gutted not have run in it. But I wanted to be ready before I ran the race. I spent last weekend at Singapore with the wife (who's also extremely busy with her almost weekly/bi-weekly commute to Singapore)and tried not to think too much about missing KLIM.

With the little time I have (and my current condition), the longest race I can possibly run at this stage will be 10k. OH well

Hey Justin,

Dont' worry about it, man. I think it's all about adjustments lah.. who knows, maybe it takes a slightly longer time to get adjusted to your current situation before you can really get back into running.

And by the way, you're still skinny enough to allow yourself to put on weight.. so enjoy it sometimes!!! AHahah..
