Friday is here! Woo hoo!

I've been running again in the last 2 days. There was a slight ache when I ran on Wednesday but yesterday was totally pain-free when I ran with KNN. We saw Kenny, Ron, Lai and Rachel at the children's playground section of Lake Gardens. We stopped briefly to collect my race pack for the Tunnel Run- Ron had registered for me before my aches- and KNN collected his Pacemakers vest. I managed to stuff the race pack into my shorts as we continued our run.

I will probably run the Tunnel Run at an easy pace.
